ABOUT THE OLUMS GRANT MANAGEMENT SETA PORTAL
The SETA GRANT MANAGEMENT PORTAL had been developed by OnLine University Management Systems (OLUMS) to Manage, Monitor and to Track SETA GRANT BUDGETS allocated by SETAs to
Universities and TVET Colleges and other Lead Employers. The OLUMS SETA PORTAL manages in real time, the processing of Monthly Stipend Claims and Stipend Payments to
Learners, the Daily Attendance Register of Learners at Host Employers, Common Chat Rooms between Learners, Mentors, University Managers, TVET College Managers, and SETA
Managers.
OLUMS SETA PORTAL APP
LEARNERS can use the OLUMS SETA PORTAL App to:
1. Log their Attendance at the Workplace each day in real time
2. Submit their Monthly Claims
3. Chat with their Mentors and their respective University, TVET College or Lead Employer Managers
4. Provide Online Feedback Reports
5. Participate in post training research
MENTORS can use the OLUMS SETA PORTAL App to:
1. Validate the Learner’s daily Attendance at the workplace in real time with the assistance of Geographical Location Referencing
2. Validate the Learner’s Monthly Stipend Claims
3. Submit Monthly Performance Reports of Learners
4. Alert Lead Employer and SETA Manager timeously if Learner Resigns or Absconds
5. Chat with the Learners and their respective University, TVET College or Lead Employer Managers
6. Provide Online Feedback Reports
7. Participate in post training research
