Real-Time Programs
• Having trouble trying to figure out where to start? Subscribe to a program or challenge in the new real-time programs section! These programs and challenges are comprised of
follow along workout videos put together in a to get you into the habit of exercising daily.
Classic Programs
• Choose between Maddie’s 4-week Beginner, 8-week Dancer Sculpt and 12-week Full Body programs which are designed to tone your muscles, build your stamina and improve your
fitness. Each day of the program will target new muscles and push your body to new lengths. These programs feature visual and audio guides to ensure you are performing all
exercises correctly.

• Add your progress photos to keep track of the progress you’ve made with the MadFit App. Share your photos with the community and motivate others to reach their goals!
