The mobile application of Aqueducts and Sewer Costa Rica (AyA) is a customer service center where the user can query AYA and reporting services of the institution. Through this
platform the user can:
-Check Your invoice data (NIS)
-Consult Historical consumption in cubic meters and amount of the billing service
(NIS)
-Report Breakdowns across the country,
-Consult Short scheduled in your area,
-Consult Reported service outages in your area, and
-Schedule Sending a monthly email bill.
