Alemlerin yaratıcısı, din gününün sahibi, ibadete sadece kendisinin lâyık olduğu yüce Rabbimize, şanına lâyık kelimelerle hamd ederim. Salât ve selâmın en güzeli,
getirdiği inanç ve şeriat ile insanları Allah'ın izniyle hem itikatta hem de amelde, karanlıklardan aydınlığa çıkaran son Nebi Muhammed (s.a.s)in üzerine olsun. Allah'ın,
pisliklerden arındırdığı Ehl-i Beyte ve İslâmın Âsr-ı Saadetteki muazzez savunucuları olan sahabelere de selâm ederim.
Allah Azze ve Celle, cinleri ve insanları ancak kendisine kulluk etsinler diye yarattı. İrade sahibi tüm mahlukâtın yaşam gayesi ve hedefi olan ibadet vakıası, Allahtan
başka ibadet edilenlerin reddi ve yegâne mâbud olarak Allah'ın kabulü ile başlar. İbadetin ikinci basamağı, sadece Allaha yönelmiş muvahhid kula, Rabbi tarafından bir
takım sorumlulukların yüklenmesidir. Bu sorumluluklar kulun sadece Allaha yapmaya ahid verdiği, ibadetlerdir.
Allah (c.c) kuluna yüklediği gerek ameli gerek kavli gerekse niyete dayalı bu ibadetlerin kabulü için bazı şartlar bildirmiştir. İbadetlerin kabulü iki şartın
gerçekleşmesine bağlıdır. Allah için yapılması ve Allah'ın istediği şekilde amel edilmesi. İbadetlerin Allah rızası için yapılması şartı "ihlas" hususunu gündeme getirir.
Şeri sınırlar dahilinde nefis terbiyesini gerçekleştiren ve nefsinin kontrolünü eline alabilen kişi için "ihlâs" hususu dolayısıyla ibadetlerde Allah'ın rızasını gözetme
şartı sorun olmaktan çıkacaktır.
Bunu hakkıyla gerçekleştirmeyen kişinin küfür ve şirk bataklığına düşmesi her an için ihtimal dahilindedir. Nitekim, tarihe dönüp şöyle bir baktığımızda bu husustaki
hataların birçok kimsenin doğru yoldan sapmasına, hakikatten uzaklaşmasına hatta küfür ve şirkine sebep olduğunu görürüz. Bunun en somut örneği cahil insanların mezhepler
konusundaki tutumları olmuştur. Önceleri, Allah (c.c)nün: "Bilmiyorsanız, zikir (İlim) ehline sorun" ( Nahl: 43 ) kavline uygun ve tamamen şeri sınırlar dahilinde seyreden
âlimlere bağlılık, zaman geçtikçe cahil insanlar tarafından yanlış anlaşılmış ve âlimlerin fikirleri, içtihadleri mutlak doğrular olarak kabul edilmiş ve insanların
sözlerini Kurana ve sünnete göre değerlendirdikten sonra kabul veya reddetme gerçeğinden tamamen uzaklaşılmıştı...
Buradaki suç elbette mümtaz islâm âlimlerinin değildi. Zira, onlar Kuran ve sünnetten hareketle amel ederler, bunlara göre hayatlarını düzenlerler, bu hakikatlare razı
olup, insanları ancak Kuran ve sünnete teslim olmaya ve her "hususta yegâne değer ölçüsü olarak ilâhi vahyi kabul etmeye çağırırlardı, imam Mâlik (r.a) bir hadis
naklettikten sonra kendisinin de aynı görüşte olup olmadığı sorulduğunda: "Rasulün buyruğuna aykırı hareket edenler, başlarına bir belânın gelmesinden veya can yakıcı bir
azaba uğramaktan sakınsınlar." (Nûr:6.3) âyetini okuması;
İmam Safi (r.a)in: "Siz benim kitabımda, Rasulullahın sünnetine muhalif birşey bulursanız, Rasulullahın sünnetini alınız, benim söylediğimi bırakınız" ve
İmam Ebu Hanife (r.a)in: "Benim sözümü, deliliyle birlikte olmaksızın nakletmeyin" demesi hep, o mümtaz şahsiyetlerin bu husustaki hassa- siyetlerini gösteriyor. Evet,
mutlak doğru olan şey ancak Allah ve Rasulünün bildirdikleridir. Bunların dışında kalan fikir ve içtihadlar da Kitaba ve sünnete uygunluk gösterdiği nispette doğrudur. Bu
sebeple her müslümanın ibadetlerini, amellerini ancak bu ilâhi kaynaklara göre düzenlemesi şarttır.
İmam Ebu Hanife gibi, Allah kendisinden razı olsun ve cihadının karşılığını kat kat versin seçkin bir islâm âliminin görüşlerini delilleriyle ortaya koymak, körü körüne
itaat gibi müslümana yakışmayan davranışların gerçek yüzünü ortaya çıkarmak ve saygıdeğer İmam’ in:
"Benim görüşlerimi delilleriyle « aktarınız" vasiyetine uymaktır. Allah nasip ederse, bu araştırma, diğer mezheb imamlarını da (Allah onlardan razı olsun) içine alacak
şekilde devam edecektir. Tevfik Allah'tandır.
