E-PRESENCE è una delle soluzioni integrate di BK SUITE per la gestione dei dipendenti da remoto su dispositivi mobile, progettata per interfacciarsi
rapidamente con qualsiasi ERP e dotata di un’interfaccia dedicata a Microsoft Dynamics NAV® (NAV) chiamata “NAVBOX”.
Moduli disponibili:
Accessi: Gestione delle entrate e delle uscite tramite pagine Web o app su dispositivi mobile e tablet. Possibilità di collegare gli accessi ad una rivelazione della
posizione geolocalizzata dell’operatore o integrando l’applicazione a dispositivi meccanici di entrata di terze parti, ove possibile.
Presenze: Monitoraggio degli accessi in tempo reale, gestione delle richieste di permesso, malattia e assenza del dipendente e gestione delle comunicazioni aziendali.
Esportazione dei dati delle presenze per poter esser trasmessi al consulente del lavoro.
Note spese: Registrazione delle spese dei dipendenti tramite dispositivo mobile anche grazie all’archiviazione fotografica di scontrini. Il modulo non sostituisce una
soluzione di archiviazione documentale.
Gestione dipendente: Informazione dipendenti, loro qualifiche e ruoli aziendali, beni assegnati, visite mediche, corsi sostenuti e da sostenere.
Registrazione rapportini: Registrazione delle attività pianificate nelle commesse del proprio ERP o attività pianificate da B-Planner. Permette di descrivere l’attività
svolta, indicando anche i costi di trasferta sostenuti. Il modulo può essere integrato al modulo delle Note spese e a B-PLANNER per richiedere la pianificazione di una
successiva attività. Invio automatico dei rapportini via mail alla persona del cliente preposta all’accettazione dei rapportini.
Piano di lavoro: Possibilità di vedere l’elenco delle attività da svolgere nella giornata, quelle in ritardo e quelle dei giorni successivi. Integrato al modulo
“registrazioni rapportini”, permette il collegamento automatico delle attività in piano commessa.
