สามารถ ติดตามและสืบค้นหนังสือได้อย่างง่ายดาย จากทุกที่ สะดวกรวดเร็ว พร้อมคุณลักษณะเด่นๆ อื่นอีกมากมาย อาทิเช่น
-สิทธิ์การค้นหาหนังสือตามบทบาทที่เลือก
-การค้นหาหนังสือตามเลขที่หนังสือ ชื่อเรื่องและตามวันที่ หนังสือรอสั่งการ หนังสือรอลงนาม หนังสือเวียน
-สามารถบันทึก คำสั่งการ/การปฏิบัติ สั่งการด้วยลายเซ็นอิเล็กทรอนิกส์(Digital Signature)
-สามารถเซ็นลงนามอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รวมกับ Certificate (PDF Sign,e-Stamp)
-สามารถให้ผู้รับเซ็นรับหนังสือ นำส่ง
-สามารถ Scan QR CODE ดูหนังสืออ้างถึงและไฟล์แนบ
-สามารถบันทึก ข้อความแจ้งเตือนให้ผู้ใช้ระบบงานสารบรรณฯอยู่ทราบทันที (เฉพาะบทบาท superAdmin เท่านั้น)
-การเรียกดู flow chart เส้นทางเดินหนังสือ
-การเรียกดูเอกสารแนบ
-การรับทราบหนังสือเวียน
-การบันทึกลงทะเบียนขอเข้าใช้งานระบบ
