Random Lotto generator 1.0.6 [free]

This application lets you generate lotto numbers based on your own created random seed which is based on how you swipe the screen. Up to 4000 control points can be used and the
data from them is digested using SHA512 to create a random seed value for the Blum Blum Shub random number algorithm that is used. However the n value is created by multiplying
2 equally sized prime numbers generated from the bn_rand function found in OpenSSL as a source of cryptographically strong pseudo-random numbers.

You can even generate lotto numbers based on data retrieved from random.org. Just be aware that there is a fairly low limit on how many numbers that can be generated per day.
