Global Talk Care app is a multilingual communication app developed specifically for the healthcare sector.
The app complements human interpreting in healthcare and is available 24/7 on your smartphone.
The app facilitates communication between healthcare professionals and non-Dutch speaking patients
The app translates medically relevant communication into audio fragments as well as readable text
The app contains 350 medically relevant questions and the answers to these questions, across various specializations, prepared by medical experts
The non-Dutch speaking patient can choose directly, in the app itself, from various answers to the question asked
The app ensures that misunderstandings and malpractice are avoided, which leads to a higher safety of the non-Dutch speaking patient and a higher quality of care
The app works in 11 languages
All translations were performed and verified by professional interpreters and translators with medical expertise
The audio fragments were recorded by native speakers
The app stands for safe and accurate medical communication in any language
What is special is that the app also contains an interpreter button. By using this button, the healthcare professional gets a specialized telephone interpreter on the line 24/7,
within 1 minute, if more extensive communication is required.
Currently 11 languages are available. These are Berber, Bulgarian, Farsi, French, Modern Standard Arabic, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and Dutch.
The price of the Global Talk Care app depends on the size of the healthcare institution and the term of the contract. The prices are between €625 and €1025 per month. Depending
