SMK-Online adalah sistem informasi penilaian kinerja anggota POLRI yang mendukung sistem manajemen kinerja POLRI secara keseluruhan. Dalam rangka mengukur kinerja anggota
Polri yang berbasis kompetensi, maka dilakukan penilaian kinerja secara objektif, transparan, dan akuntabel dengan menggunakan sistem manajemen kinerja yang online dan
terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Personil POLRI (SIPP).
SMK-Online is an information system of performance appraisal police members who support the Police performance management system as a whole. In order to measure the
performance of competency-based members of the police, then the performance assessment in an objective, transparent, and accountable by using an online performance
management system and integrated with the application of Personnel Information System Police (SIPP).
