Looking for consists of 2 applications, the one is Looking 4 and the other is Looking 4 Service Provider. There are constantly people looking for service providers on all
different platforms, all we are doing is to make it easier for people to find service providers and on the other side for service providers to receive relevant
leads(Clients).
A short example of the functionality is as follows:
John is looking for a plumber in his area, he posts a request with 6 photos of his issue and he also selects the Call me option via the Looking for an app and his request
reaches 10 plumbers on the service provider side that is closest to him.
Scenario 1
From the 10 plumbers, 5 are already busy and only 5 respond with an estimate to him. One of the plumbers are in urgent need of business and they make use of the dial-out option.
John decides to make use of the plumber who phoned him as his issue was very urgent. He closes the request. After the plumber finishes the work he sends a request to John to
rate his service.
Scenario 2
From the 10 plumbers, 5 are already busy and only 5 respond with an estimate to him. John accepts one of the estimates. John receives the number of the plumber and the plumber
receives John’s contact details. After the plumber finishes the work he sends a request to John to rate his service.
